EMEA Sales Enablement Manager

At Culligan, we are looking for a results-driven Sales Enablement Manager who will play a key role in accelerating sales performance and driving revenue growth.

You will design and deliver impactful enablement programs, create high-value sales content, and ensure strong adoption of tools and processes across the sales organization. This role bridges strategy and execution, ensuring that sales teams are fully equipped, trained, and supported to perform at their best.

 

Key Responsibilities

  1. Training & Onboarding Excellence
  • Design and deliver onboarding programs for new sales representatives and managers
  • Localize and deploy Sales Academy modules across business units and regions
  • Define training journeys and learning pathways per target audience
  • Deliver scalable training formats (virtual, hybrid, in-person)
  • Support “train-the-trainer” programs for local teams

 

  1. Content & Enablement Assets
  • Develop and maintain a centralized library of enablement assets (playbooks, battlecards, value calculators)
  • Ensure content is relevant, localized, and aligned with the sales process
  • Document and standardize content and delivery models
  • Drive adoption and usage of enablement tools and materials
  • Create engaging digital content (video, podcasts, AI-supported learning tools)

 

  1. Coaching & People Development
  • Define competency frameworks and capability models for sales roles
  • Conduct capability assessments and identify development needs
  • Enable managers to spend more time coaching (>20% target)
  • Support personalized coaching via structured playbooks and role-plays
  • Drive certification programs and continuous skills development

 

  1. Sales Tools & Platform Adoption
  • Drive adoption of CRM systems and sales enablement platforms (e.g., Allego)
  • Ensure data quality, process compliance, and alignment with sales methodologies
  • Support deployment and optimization of AI-enabled sales tools
  • Generate insights that support decision-making and performance improvement
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations on dashboards and KPI tracking

 

  1. Performance Impact & ROI
  • Define and track enablement KPIs and success metrics
  • Measure the impact of enablement activities on revenue and sales performance
  • Conduct data-driven analysis to identify gaps and improvement opportunities
  • Align enablement strategies with business priorities and market changes
  • Demonstrate clear ROI from enablement initiatives

 

Key Performance Indicators

  • Training completion (>90%) and onboarding effectiveness
  • Reduced ramp time and faster time-to-first deal
  • Content adoption and engagement rates
  • Sales quota attainment and improved win rates
  • CRM and platform adoption (>80%)
  • Measurable revenue impact and enablement ROI

 

What we are looking for

  • Proven experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, or Learning & Development
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, tools, and performance metrics
  • Experience with CRM systems and enablement platforms
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities
  • Ability to translate strategy into actionable programs
